One of the things that adds to the dining experience is the atmosphere.

The Guadalajara definitely captures the essence of a flavorful latin atmosphere.

too shabby either.
Then of course, the reason we all go to restaurants . . . Can't for get the food. Ever in search of the perfect tamale. I can't pass up a chance to sample one of these corn flavored delights. Yum!!! I just love tamales. They're so delicious.
