Cinzetti's~Where Fine Italian Dining and Buffet Style Meet

 

Cinzetti's has become one of my favorites. The buffet is designed to look like an open market.  Dining in such a setting is truly a unique experience. 

 

The Mona Lisa is one of my favorite paintings.  I once had a watch with the Mona Lisa on its face. I was truly sad the day it broke.

 

Ornate stone fountains also hold a certain intrigue.

 

Cinzetti's seems to be filled with things I love to see and eat.

 

 

Fried zucchini, and eggplant,

 

Lasagne, breadsticks,

 

Crepes made to order.

 

Lets just say that again Crepes.

 

And one more time for good measure.  Crepes!!!

 

Pasta, Pizza, All kinds of goodies.

 

And to top it all off Dessert.  My favorite of course being

 

Tiramisu!!!

 

Cafe Paprika~Aurora Colorado~A Taste of the Mediteranian

Steve and I went to Cafe Paprika on Date Night a couple weeks ago.  I had Lamb Cous Cous.  The food and atmosphere were exquisite.   Deffinately somewhere we will go back to.

Poudre Valley River-Wading

Poudre Valley River Canyon is the perfect place to take an afternoon drive. Hiking is great, but when I can take it all in from the front seat of my car. Even better!

We found a great place to get out and play in the water.

I love snapping pictures of rustic little cabins.

The scenery is spectacular.

Those who choose to can experience the water up close.

There are even a few rapids.

Day drives are such a nice way to experience nature.
